ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Rashmi Dubé is a multi-award-winning career as an entrepreneur and practising UK lawyer spanning 25 years. She is also a certified Director in Company purpose and governance.
Rashmi has served on several boards where her specialist knowledge in respect of diversity leadership and governance has hade develop boards and their strategy. She has also help boards by mentoring board members. Rashmi possesses the experience, unique skills and thought processes to execute, future thinking in organisations. She has the ability to bring enable organisations and directors to transform to meet the ever changing business world. Rashmi has a wealth of experience and networks to share, and she appears regularly across many media platforms including being a business columnist for one of the largest regional paper in the UK The Yorkshire Post.
Stakeholders have greater demands for value in todays world of good governance, diversity, digital and sustainability. Carrying out a strategic business review is the first step towards adapting and evolving the agile world.

What an incredible week last week was . The first part of the week saw me back to travelling abroad. I I know that some of my colleagues have already travelled abroad but for me I was apprehensive and was slow on the uptake. However it is so nice to be in person speaking to fellow board members of the turnaround management association Europe and just spending time and having a lot of smiles and laughs.
